Who Did You Save This Year (Part 1)
Every cat has a story to be told. Whether they’re young or old, healthy or sick, brave or scared, no journey is quite the same. This year, we’re hoping to help 300 cats get adopted, and while we couldn’t fit every story of every life changed by your donations into this post, here are a few of our staff favorites. Taking a chance — for Pita
I’ve worked in animal welfare for nearly three decades now, and one of the reasons I love working for Cat Town is that we take chances. Often, this means a cat who wouldn’t have been saved otherwise can get the support they need. That was certainly the case for Pita! November 2020 Adoptions
With 24 happy adoptions in November, we’re only 18 cats away from crossing over to 300 adoptions in 2020! The number of adoptions we’ve had this year has been one bright spot for us here at Cat Town, so we hope that by letting you know about it, we can make you smile. Seeing is Believing!
When I think of Cat Town, I think of life-changing transformations, like the one we saw with Farallon just a few weeks ago. Farallon arrived at the city shelter in a terrible state. He hadn’t eaten for days, and was deteriorating so quickly that the shelter sent us an SOS message to come and help him.
