December 2021 Adoptions

Here’s to another wonderful year!

You helped us end 2021 on a high note, with 363 cats receiving top notch care and finding great homes. A good chunk of those adoptions took place in December — 30 to be exact. Senior cats like Stella, cats with medical needs like Brie, bonded pairs, black cats — you name it — they all found homes. All thanks to support from people like you.

Thank you for making 2021 a great year for cats and the people who love them. You made the world brighter, one saved life at a time.

Murray was so shy when he first arrived at our Adoption Center, but once his confidence grew, he began to play gently and make friends with all the other cats! His original shelter had been full, so he was running out of time there. We’re grateful we could give him the few extra weeks he needed to get adopted — and now he’s the apple of his new family’s eye.

Adorable Brie spent 555 days in foster care with us — but after overcoming a number of medical issues, she finally found the adopter of her dreams. We were delighted to help her on her journey, no matter how long it took, and we think Brie is pretty happy, too!

Little Surprise was living on the streets when a Good Samaritan brought her to the shelter. At our Adoption Center, she spent her adopter’s entire visit turning the charm up to 11, and went home to befriend another Cat Town alum, Tulip. She’s got an amazing family now!

Senior Stella stole hearts once we got her into good health. Your support ensured she got the dental work she needed when she had a mouth full of painful teeth, so she could start eating again. Thank you for putting the bounce back in her step!

Lupita (top) and Ezra (bottom) were used to life in a home, so in their shelter cages, they grew despondent and stopped eating. Your donations helped get them into our care, and gave them support to lift their spirits. In our Studios, they quickly realized that life is full of friends you haven’t met yet. Now they’re living with a family who’s excited to shower them with love!

We’re so grateful for patient fosters who help cats like Stella and Brie overcome the odds, as well as volunteers who help cats like Lupita, Ezra, and Murray find their footing. And with support from people who believe in our work, like you, we can help as many cats as possible. Thank you for helping transform so many lives, and creating such a compassionate community. We hope you’re proud of all you help accomplish!
