Q. How long is production time?

Production time, on average, can take between 4-10 days (plus 2-6 days for shipping). Please keep in mind that during the holiday season and high volume periods, production times may be slower than average, and shipping may be delayed by up to 5 days. Thank you for your understanding and thank you for supporting Cat Town!


Q. Can you rush production time?

No. Your order will be processed in the order received. We have no control over the print providers' production schedule, but rest assured that orders are processed as quickly as possible. You will receive a notification as soon as the items are shipped.


Q. Can you rush shipping time?

Most shipping companies work from their existing processing schedules, and we have no direct control over that. But collectively, we work hard to make sure your order will be shipped in a timely manner.

Shipping can be affected by severe weather conditions, flight delays, increased volumes, and so on. 

*Note: you may choose expedited shipping during checkout. Please keep in mind that once the order is placed there is no opportunity to upgrade shipping.


Q. Where is my order?

Your order goes through several steps from the moment you confirm your payment to when the order arrives at your door. As soon as the order is printed, packaged, and shipped, a tracking number is generated and emailed to you automatically.

Please keep in mind the average production and shipping time of 6-14 days, but could be up to 5 additional days during the peak holiday season.



Q. There is something wrong with my order. what can you do about that?

We hate when problems happen. Despite our best efforts to keep things running as smoothly as possible, we’re aware that sometimes issues can occur. 

If there is an issue with your order, or if you have a question about your order, please email merchandise@cattownoakland.org and we will do our best to resolve things in a timely manner.


Q. Can I exchange or return what I ordered? 

Because most of our items are made-to-order, we can't offer exchanges or refunds. If there is a quality issue with your order, please email us at merchandise@cattownoakland.org and we will work with you to resolve any issues.
