Your support helped us surpass our all-time record, with a whopping 463 adoptions in 2023, and ensured we could stay focused on supporting the cats who needed us most. While we shared many of our team’s favorite adoptions with you from the year, we have one more to share as we reflect on all you helped us accomplish and the work we look forward to doing in 2024. We’re wrapping up the year with more of our favorite adoptions of 2023! As we look ahead to 2024, we hope to share more of these stories with you. Thank you for supporting Cat Town’s work, and making outcomes like these an everyday occurrence for cats who have so few options at the shelter. Your support makes all the difference, and gives these cats a chance at a loving home!

“In all the years I've been at the shelter, I've never seen a cat as scary as Batman.” This is what one volunteer at Oakland Animal Services told us when they learned that Batman had been adopted. It just goes to show how hard our friends at OAS worked to give this cat his best chance at a safe and happy life in a home.
