It's been a month of special adoptions for Cat Town!
Bonded tuxedos Cashew and Acorn were with us for 8 months. This power pair was a fan favorite in the Cat Zone, in particular Cashew, who made friends with anyone and everyone! We were thrilled to see them go to a loving home last month.
You may have also met Harlow, another tuxedo, at our Adoption Center, before we moved her to a foster home, where she set a new record: adopted after just 17 days in foster care! Finally, during kitten season when the Oakland shelter is at full capacity, we try to empty as many cages as we can. We pulled a number of litters, and saw 7 kittens go home directly from Cat Town!
